The cancellation must be made in writing and is valid from the date of receipt of the cancellation by the landlord.
Refund:
- 100% refund for cancellations made 56 days or more before arrival
- Cancellation between 56 and 28 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- Cancellation between 28 and 0 days: 0%
